When in the candidate zone, you will be able to see your previous applications for both IBM and Kyndryl.For further information on privacy, please visit www.kyndryl.com/privacy.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYour Role and Responsibilities :The Kyndryl Microsoft Associate Practice Leader will act in a player/coach capacity, engaging with sales teams and our clients in Kyndryl/Microsoft opportunities, and building plays and offerings on the Azure platform for our sales teams to take to market. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Azure platform, the Microsoft engagement model, and a background in IT Sales/Technology.Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with and coaching Sellers in joint Kyndryl/Microsoft opportunities to succeed
  • Identifies seller requirements for Azure Cloud, Applications, Data & AI assets and sales plays for all supported seller segments for all sales stages from identification to close. Coach and Enable use of assets according to sales cycle and goal of territory
  • Organize assets to align across sales stages and enable sellers on appropriate use at particular sales stages
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Offering Management, Product Marketing, Learning & Development etc. to obtain required content or information for content
  • Co-creates content assets and sales plays tailored to buyer and seller needs through each stage of the buying journey
  • Understands territory requirements and creates sales plays to address needs of sellers
  • Delivers assets and sales plays in a way that is governed, consistent and measurable using the right technology
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseUnderstanding of the Microsoft Azure Platform
  • Prior history of engagements working with the Microsoft Team
  • 8-10Years Experience in Cloud Sales and/or Technical Fields
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • AZ-900 Certification (Azure Fundamentals)
  • AZ-303/4 Certification (Azure Architect)
