We are seeing tremendous client demand in many different sectors and we dont anticipate that slowing down in the next couple of years.   • Lead the planning, design and implementation of Microsoft enterprise projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform.
  • Lead functional and technical requirements analysis as needed.
  • Work on a wide variety of projects from large-to-small for customers in a variety of industries.
  • Coach and mentor a young and talented delivery team, proving them with leadership, knowledge, support and experience.Maintain open communications, be directly connected to the client, lead meetings, facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Perform code review and enforces good coding practices.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of the code delivered.
  • Provide technical support / leadership for escalated incidents / outages to ensure that they are resolved efficiently.
  • Work with the Solution Designers to ensure that the design will fulfill the requirements.
  • Work on a wide variety of projects from large-to-small for customers in a variety of industries.
  • Make the technical design decisions based on knowledge.
What you bring to this role:
  • Proficiency in developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
  • Ability to build both model driven and Canvas apps using Power Apps.
  • Ability to build and configure forms, views, dashboards and workflows, plugins, web resources and scripts.
  • Ability to integrate other systems into the Dynamics 365 architecture using tools such as SOAP, XML, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of .NET, C#, and JavaScript and Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Ability to write high-quality specifications and technical analysis documents.
  • Familiarity with web development (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, JSON).
  • Experience with additional Microsoft platforms: SharePoint integration, Azure environment provisioning, Azure B2C or Document Core Pack.
  • Experience reviewing business and technical requirements analysis.
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
