If this sounds like you, we would love for you to join our Team!Position Summary:We have an immediate position open for an Experienced Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist who will be a part of the team at our ever-growing, fast-paced mortgage brokerage firm.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years mortgage experience with an emphasis on document collection and fulfillment. The fulfillment specialist will manage the files from the time they are committed by the underwriter until all the conditions are met on the commitment.A motivated, self-starter is a MUST for this position. This individual must work well under tight deadlines and maintain a high level of organization, while balancing multiple tasks. Attention to detail is key, must be tech-savvy and comfortable with a paperless working environment. The candidate will also be customer oriented and have the motivation to deliver the service and care to our clients that they deserve!Responsibilities:Review and collect Client documentation as per lender requirementsPrepare packages for Client signingOrder and review appraisalsSubmit to Lawyers and LendersEnsure all conditions are met prior to closing to satisfy all conditions within a mortgage commitmentData entry into Filogix and our custom CRM/Deal Processing System ZOHORequirements:An experienced Fulfillment Specialist is a must!Knowledge of Filogix or similar programExcellent email and computer skillsA high degree of accuracy and thoroughnessAble to prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of workAbility to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone mannerProficient in English (oral and written)Previous experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferredExperience with ZOHO CRM Software is an assetExperience with Kofax (Nuance) PDF Editor is an assetHigh level of discretion required in dealing with confidential matters
