The team supports multiple business lines working on numerous priorities and initiatives in an exciting fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will join the in-house Multimedia (video) team on a full-time internship (37.5 hours a week) and be primarily responsible for supporting ongoing initiatives and events that will be delivered to internal audiences at TD Wealth.Job Description

  • Produce internal video content from concept to completion, including field work (camera, audio and light set-up and filming), using industry best practices,
  • Develop, create, and execute a diverse range of multimedia products such as, motion graphics, typography animation, explainer videos, single and multi-person interview videos
  • Write scripts, develop storyboards, present ideas, and deliver information in a clear and logical way to support business partners to produce compelling content.
  • Collaborate with various TD Wealth stakeholders to deliver communications using various digital multimedia platforms.
  • Prepare video for multi-platform delivery and web using video compression software such as Adobe Encoder.
  • Conduct quality control tests to ensure error free end-user experience.
  • Familiarity with whiteboard animation and 3D compositing is an asset.
  • Understanding and capability in graphic design would be an asset
Job Requirements
  • Ability to travel to Toronto-based downtown offices for on-location shoots
  • Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) September to December 2022
  • Working towards a Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Film Production, Broadcast Television or Multimedia Production.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Provide examples of multimedia work (provide link to content/demo reels)
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to listen, respond, and relate to business partners.
  • Strong creative, conceptual, and critical thinking abilities with a sharp eye for quality and detail.
  • Professionalism and ability to work with C-suite executives
Post-Production:Proven experience using:
  • Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of
  • Final Cut Pro or similar software for creating video and animated graphics.
  • Adobe design software is an asset.
  • 3D graphic animation is an asset
Pre-Production:Proven experience developing original and engaging scripts/concepts for video. Proven experience working with professional cinema cameras (Canon C100 series or similar), audio equipment, and grip/lighting gear and set-up. Proven experience producing a variety of video styles such as single or multi-person interview, info-graphic animation/typography animation, whiteboard/character animation.Additional InformationEarly Talent Requirements
