We stock our pantry with snacks and drinks and operate a casual but focused work environment.New Home Listing SpecialistBuzz Buzz Home is looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual with a passion for real estate to join our New Home Listings Team! As a New Home Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our new residential construction data set, and working to expand and maintain our database of new development pages. This involves researching new construction activity, liaising with builders, and updating Buzz Buzz Home with the information you have gathered.What You Will Bring to the TeamThe successful candidate will have experience and a skill set that reflect the following:

• You pay extremely close attention to the details and have excellent written skills. If you see a typo and cannot maintain focus until it is correct, this is exactly what we’re looking for
• Experience in updating information online. This could be database work, maintaining a blog, administrative duties, e-filing, etc.
• You’re on top of things - you’re well organized, you know how to prioritize items, and are quick to respond to requests
• You’re a great communicator - you’re quite comfortable in firing off emails and picking up the phone
• Search engine savviness - you know how to manipulate Google into giving you every single detail about whatever you are looking for
• Customer service experience is considered to be a strong asset - you know how to work with people, and how to build professional relationships
• A passion for real estate, particularly new construction
