Your drive for excellence will present opportunities to chart your own path to success with a rewarding career in our firm.Responsibilities:What your day will look likeOffice Administration (97%)Assist the Office Manager with the day to day operation of the office while cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment and office culture that is productive and promotes employee satisfaction.Assist the Office Manager with management of office operating budgets, capital purchases, leasehold improvements, and execution of office business plans.Lead the office administration team and support workflow management for administrative work.Support growth and development of the administration team.Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including orientation and training related to Dillon procedures and systems.Organize local office meetings, work related functions, and employee events.Coordinate and complete office services such as accounts payable approval, time sheet and expense claim review, management of the office filing system, archiving, and libraries.Coordinate office equipment and supplies, including furniture, computers, copiers, phones, general office supplies, and other amenities.Participate in office committees.Contributions as part of the administrative team to fulfill the variety of tasks necessary to run the office effectively.Complete other duties as required or assigned by the Office Manager.Learning & Development (3%)A commitment to self-development and ongoing learning and professional development.Qualifications:What you will need to succeedEight years administration related experience, including leading and coordinating a team.Post-secondary education in an administration related field of study will be considered an asset.Experience:Highly organized with strong interpersonal and time management skills.Ability to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and changing workload demands.Ability to develop innovative solutions when experiencing unexpected challenges or roadblocks.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy and quality.Familiarity with G Suite, e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, is considered an asset.Experience in a Professional Services consulting firm is considered an asset.Why choose DillonDillon is powered by people who are technically proficient, passionate about socially important projects, and motivated to deliver superior, tangible results.
