She’s also an awesome dog mom to the incredibly adorable Alistair (Wave’s Chief Barketing Officer).Sally Babaie: Employee Experience Manager, no task is too big for Sally - she tackles things head on and gets sh*t done. When she’s not at work, you can find her driving around TO in her Jeep or finding her zen as a licensed yoga instructor!The Employee Experience team has deep empathy & care for all Wavers, and continually goes above and beyond to create the absolute best place for them to work.Here’s What You Should Know About this Team:

• We Are Hands On: The Office Coordinator role does require you to be onsite at beautiful Wave HQ every day (honestly, how could you coordinate the office without being in the office). You’ll need to lace up your running shoes and be ready to flex those muscles when it comes to organizing, stocking, and coordinating all the things that go into making our space so special.

• We Focus on Getting S**t Done: There are no egos on this team. We know how to switch gears quickly and are regularly moving from supporting employee onboarding, prepping for company events, to mailing, couriering, and faxing documents (yup, apparently fax is still a thing). Beer fridge need stocking You better believe we’re on that.
