Who you are We are adding an Operations Analyst to our team in Toronto, Ontario. Reporting directly to the Chief Operation Officer and working closely with the senior executive team and field Regional Directors, you will drive change through operational effectiveness across field operations. You will provide analytical and tactical support to build business cases for strategic initiatives with a focus on business growth, customer service, policy/procedure development and enhancements.   • Operational Effectiveness . You will develop, execute and measure the success of strategic initiatives that will drive growth and operational improvement on a national scale. You will use your expertise to identify and define strategic business opportunities and provide solution recommendations to key stakeholders such as the senior leadership team and regional partners.
  • Partnership . You will partner with key stakeholders within the business including the senior leadership team, regional directors and support center teams to collaborate and provide operational solutions.
  • Adoptionamp; Engagement . In partnership with key stakeholders, you will influence and support change management of the strategic initiatives through communication and training. In addition, you will measure outcomes to provide further process improvements.
  • Analytics . You will use data analytics to find efficiencies and process improvements as it relates to revenue, margin or field operational processes. In conjunction, you will provide financial planningamp; analytics information to ensure operational risks are appropriately managed.
What you bring
  • Education and experience . You have a degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution in business management, sales management or relevant experience. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in driving P amp;L, launching new programs/initiatives that drive financials at small to mid-size organizations.
  • Communication . You have experience working with people and leaders to find the best solutions to fit their needs. You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and can explain your ideas and thoughts in a variety of ways to get your point across.
  • Flexibility and organization . You are an expert at juggling multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines all while keeping your cool. You can prioritize, manage and organize a myriad of tasks as they come up throughout the day from clients or other team members. You can easily change your course of action to address changing needs and requirements while still delivering on deadlines.
  • Technical skills . You are proficient in using data visualization software such as Tableau and Power BI. Experience using Looker is desired, but not required. You have a strong command of MS Office suite and an Excel superuser. Experience with an ERP or CRM solution is desirable.
  • Travel . This role will be a hybrid work from home position with a requirement to visit Motion locations to partner and provide the best operational solutions possible.
