Understanding how the backbone of an organization functions is exciting to you and you have a hunger to learn and develop your skills while contributing your talents to a successful, growing organization.As the Operations Co-op, you will experience every touchpoint of Partake products including Innovation (R&D) and Production, Supply Chain and Inventory/Warehouse Management, Logistics and PO processing. Often, you will need to think quickly on your feet, use your strong interpersonal skills when managing customer orders and put your “get-things-done” attitude in action to complete time sensitive activities.The environment will be fast-paced and will require that you work independently and collaborate in team settings. Being able to effectively communicate with our internal team members and external stakeholders is crucial.Responsibilities:

• Updating daily inventory, flagging any unusual activity and ensuring that FEFO/batch code pulls are being followed by our warehouses
• Monitoring inventory levels at our Canadian and US warehouses and initiating product transfers
• Liaising with our eCommerce warehouses to ensure the smooth and quick turnaround of orders, troubleshoot order issues, prep for promotions/product launches, and have SKUs kitted where necessary
• Supporting our orders desk with managing B2B orders and B2C customer experience inbox
• Working closely with our innovation and production team for upcoming launches, i.e. send new product to the test lab, arrange tastings, costing for new innovations, etc.
• Create BOLs and all necessary shipping documentation required for an order or product transfer
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our warehouses, external stakeholders and customer base – make them love us!
• Process development and documentation
• Assisting on special projects

Requirements:

• You must be currently enrolled in a BBA program or Bachelor of Commerce program
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong Excel and experience with data is an asset
• Superior organizational ability and can prioritize tasks appropriately
• Work independently but understand when a situation requires escalation and/or manager input
• Multiple tasking abilities
