In this role, you will provide administrative support, as well as exceptional customer service to all of our teams.Some of the things you’ll be doing:Providing exceptional customer service to ShopifolkEnsuring proper administrative workflows are being followedSending, receiving, scanning, and filing Shopify mailOrdering, stocking, and managing inventory for our spacesReconciling day-to-day operational expensesProviding support with logistical details related to our day-to-day operationsTroubleshooting Shopifolk inquiriesSupporting our team by monitoring assigned channels, redirecting voicemails, and responding to Helpdesk ticketsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across Shopify: Security, Facilities, Culinary, Procurement, Internal Solutions, and morePerforming other reasonable job duties as requested by LeadQualificationsWhat will help you succeed:Customer service experience - Shopifolk are our direct customers!Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for collaborationStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Being intentional and adapting on the fly.
