Job Description

360 Eyecare is seeking a motivated optician to join our team. With a friendly and team-oriented environment, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office.360 Eyecare is a modern, progressive optometric and optical center that delivers comprehensive eye care services and eyewear products. Our goal is to provide patients with the best possible care from the moment they walk into our office. 360 Eyecare’s vision is based on providing our patients and customers with the full circle of eye care.Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
  • High attention to detail who be comfortable operating in both a sales-focused role and an administrative one, as the need arises.
  • We are looking for someone with high energy and an eagerness to learn attitude and the ability to balance working as part of a larger team and working independently.
  • The candidate will need to have a registered Ontario Opticians’ License in good standing.
  • Have a minimum of one year of optical experience with working knowledge of current lens technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting patients with frame selection, lens recommendations, ordering, edging, and verifying optical orders.
  • Administrative appointment managing, follow-ups, and customer service tasks.

Our opticians and optometrists are located in three locations across Toronto. Our goal is to provide patients with the best possible care from the moment they walk into our office. From checking in for your comprehensive eye exam through every step of your visit, we make sure that your experience is enjoyable and seamless. Our office takes pride in our ability to serve all of your eye care and eyewear needs. We provide eye exams, make your glasses, and also follow up to ensure that you are happy with the fit, feel, and prescription. Our eye emergency clinic is open 6 days/week. All of our optometrists are therapeutics certified and are thoroughly trained in the management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, cataract, Macular degeneration and other ocular diseases. We also offer direct billing to your insurance providers (as allowed by your plan), and have a payment plan available at 0% interest financing through PayBright. Our specialty lenses include: Nikon lenses with SeeCoat blue AR, Essilor lenses, daily contact lenses, in addition to carrying top brands such as La Font, Maui Jim, Tom Ford, Kate Spade, Ray Ban, Michael Kors, Paul Smith, Kio Yamato, Munic, and more! At 360 Eyecare we provide our patients and customers with the full circle of eye care, so we strive for the best in all solutions eye-related.
