We help CIOs make their function future-ready.Our skills in IT strategy and systems implementation help clients execute their transformation strategies with the technology best suited to their business, data and information requirements.Our Management Consulting team in Canada is looking for an Oracle Cloud Technology Lead like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.What you will do: Act as the Technical Lead on Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud implementation projects, providing direction as the subject matter expert:

    • Lead the project team members responsible for developing reports, data conversion programs, integrations, and application extensions to ensure quality of work and deadlines are met
    • Effectively communicate and lead technical project deliverables for Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud
    • Work with the Cloud Implementation Project Manager to plan and schedule all technical development activities to meet defined scope and milestones
    • Understand deeply technical conversations and problems, contribute to solving both technical and non-technical operational issues
    • Monitor development progress and report status, issues, and risks to the Project Manager
    • Develop and lead a detailed technical deployment cutover plan
    • Work with functional resources to ensure that integration and conversion activities are completed successfully
    • Identify and lead new business opportunities to grow our Technical practice
    • Continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud projects by sharing knowledge with team members
    • Assess impacts of Oracle’s quarterly product release to the implementation schedule and communicate appropriately internally as well as to the customer
    • Enjoys working in a close, highly energized, team-oriented environment
    • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
What you bring to this role:
  • Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM or SCM Processes and System knowledge
    • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing some combination of Oracle
    • Minimum of three (3) successfully delivered Cloud ERP or HCM or SCM Projects in an Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM or SCM Technical Consultant role
    • Earlier experience leading technical work streams for Oracle ERP or HCM or SCM Cloud Global Implementations
    • Covered all formula types includes formula functions, value sets, embedded formula calls, arrays, generating DBI for DFF and EFF, setting contexts, debugging, and troubleshooting all formula types across modules
    • Familiar with all functional setups needed for testing and delivery of fast formulas
    • Developed HCM Extracts with distinct delivery options: file naming, output type, delivery frequency, output format, layout and using fast formula, scheduling, Integration with BI, using
    • Proficient on Microsoft Office Tools, specifically PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
    • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to articulate complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner.
    • Data loads for Work Structures, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll and Learning modules
    • Work Structures loads of Locations, Departments, Grade Step and Rates, Grade Ladder step and Values, Progression Rules, Job family and Jobs, Position & Hierarchy
    • Core HR: Worker - Hire & TOS, Name, Address, Phone, Email, Work Permit/Visa, Person EIT, NID, Work measure, Assignment EIT, Seniority Dates, Terminations
    • Absence: Accrual Balances, Absence Entries and Absence Schedule
    • Benefits: Contacts, Benefit Enrollment and Benefit Habits
    • Payroll: Salary, Payroll Relationship, Federal Association Details, Federal and Provincial Calculation Cards, Bank Account, Payment Methods, Element Entry and Values, Cost Allocation & Account and Payroll Balances
    • Learning conversion of Courses, Offerings, Activity (Self-Paced & Instructor Led), Learning Record, Ad-hoc courses & completion and Document of Records (License and Certification)
    • Experience with middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an asset
    • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and provide directions to the team members
    • Limited Travel Required in future
Keys to your success:
  • Lead experience on complex, international, multi-currency, and multi-organization implementations
    • 5+ years of consulting experience, which includes contributing to requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, detailing the scope of work (SOW)
    • Experience with PaaS tools (OAC, Visual Builder, etc.)
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
    • Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries
    • An advanced degree or certification in the area of specialization
