Greetings from Tech Mahindra, Please go through the Job Description Below:Role: Oracle Cloud SCM Location: Calgary, AB or Toronto, ONThis position will provide functional solution expertise to the SCM (supply chain management) suite of Oracle cloud within the CBS TIS operations team. This is a key role to support the enterprise SCM solution that includes daily operational support, identifying solutions that meet the business requirements, and driving continuous improvements. Candidate should possess a background in SCM technologies with expertise within the Oracle Cloud modules. This role will work closely with the business, TIS AMS partners, and TIS Operations teams to deliver solutions and provide operational excellence.Specific Accountabilities Ability to provide system operation support for Oracle Supply Chain Management in Complex Asset Intensive Oilamp; Gas environment.Ability to drive continuous improvements in the area of Oracle Supply Chain management through identifying areas and ideas for improvement and carrying out continuous system improvement initiatives.Ability to Work effectively with business partners and System integratorsamp; ensure quality assurance on key deliverablesAbility to drive operational excellence, manage metrics, define measures and ticket trending analysis, path for ticket reduction, continuous improvements, and identification of automation opportunities.Ability to work closely with cross functional teamamp; other technology disciplines across integration, data, security, application and reporting.Manage daily operational incidents, service requests, and break fix issuesReview requirements and design specifications to ensure fit for purpose Engage Business SMEs to gather and derive business and systems requirements and translate them into functional - technical specifications.Review cross-functional business processes, identify fit gaps and propose remediation, and assess interdependencies with integrations and cross module impactsAnalyze and problem solves system issues in respective application portfolio to determine the best course of action.Maintain business process documentation and identify areas for process improvement opportunities.Facilitate business change in support of solution design and implementation. Document systems and their interdependencies in the form of system specifications.Participate in quality assurance testing ensuring defined user requirements are met; translate business requirements and use cases into test plans and test scenarios.Assist the business in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Provide technical assistance to the business in the use of information and data from various source systems.Ability to provide system operation support in a multi-vendor approach utilizing onshore and offshore capabilityKnowledge, Skillsamp; Abilities Candidates should possess expertise in Oracle Supply Chain technology: Sourcing, MML, P2P, SSP, Contracts, Expenses, Supplier Qualification, etc.Related University degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent)Seven or more years of related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role)Strong knowledge of relevant domain processes in Supply Chain Management (Risk and Review, and Lifecycle Development)Experience driving operational support and continuous improvement in a multi-partner (AMS or SI) environment.Experience implementing ERP software modules including requirements and testing experience.Technical skills such as SQL and advanced Excel to support data activitiesAbility to interpret process flow charts to understand what data is captured and how it travels between various applications and hardware components.Advanced communication skills demonstrated through previous experience in the following contexts: multi-disciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with developers and SME’s, leading group training sessions.
