Driven to enhance foundational eCommerce strategies and account performance tactics, this is the perfect time to join our team!About the PositionAchievers is looking for a Manager, Order Processing, to join our A-mazing Fulfillment Operations Team! The Manager, Order Processing, will report to the Senior manager Fulfillment Operations and will lead the Order Management branch of our Fulfillment Operations team. This position is responsible for ensuring our fulfillment practices are operating at the highest level.Rooted in foundationally strong communication, this position supports all team members through their professional growth and holds all members accountable to both organizational and departmental goals. Bearing a mindset of customer service excellence and technical knowledge, this leadership position is the ultimate advocate for both our customer and vendor.In addition to leadership strength, this position requires keen attention to detail and drive to delight our members with the celebration of their reward. The best candidate must have experience with e-commerce fulfillment, a patient teaching nature, an understanding behind data-driven decisions, an understanding of system processing flows, change management experience, and a desire to jump into the technical details to find creative solutions.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Enablement

  • Responsible for development of Order Management team members, and setting individual growth plans
  • Assign and distribute vendor accounts across team members, re-distribute as global order landscape and volumes evolve
  • Support[SW1] quarterly team and establish individual goals to be targeted and measured
  • Manage regular one-on-one meetings with team members to facilitate goal enablement, team development, coaching plans, and proactively treat any business-critical needs
  • Grow and maintain the Order Management team via effective recruitment, training, and development
  • Review existing workflows to identify areas that can be improved and ideate opportunities with the team. Roll out changes to systems and processes required to support this workflow
  • Enable the Order Management team to support reward vendor calls where processing expertise is sought.
  • Empower the team through discussions and initiatives, including order processing efficiencies and change management
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal cross functional teams to streamline process and communication
Order Fulfillment Performance
  • Monitor overall order health and Vendor SLA adherence, daily
  • Supervise a timely queue of customer or vendor requests, response time within 24h
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Fulfillment Operations to formulate tactics to execute against team KPIs. Responsible for the planning, action, management, and success
  • Support [SW2] API integration prioritization processes and drive continuous improvements and documentation as a result
  • Work with internal data analyst(s) to enhance and review quantitative data to yield meaningful insights on Order Management activity and performance
  • Support the ongoing documentation of order management practices, and maintenance thereof
Internal & External Support
  • Manage internal escalations related to order management issues and delegate as needed
  • Liaise with internal development team(s) for alignment on outstanding bugs, integrations, and enhancements
  • Partner with customer support teams to align on customer impact of fulfillment processes, as needed
  • Work closely with the Vendor Relations managers to promote a cohesive vendor relationship
  • Partner with Finance leaders to align on process flow affecting order fulfillment
  • Support the implementation of new vendor launches and customer program launches
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics or Ecommerce preferred
  • 4-5 years’ experience with ecommerce account management and vendor processes
  • Experience with eCommerce process flows
  • 2-3 years’ experience managing a team of individuals
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to process work in multiple computer applications and production systems daily
  • Excellent analytical skills to solve problems with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce an asset
