Our goal is to empower teams and individuals to make the right decisions for them, and we expect that to look different for everyone.The Paid Social & Search Analyst, Triangle Retail Media will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical and analytical support with key focus on campaign trafficking, reporting and analytics, and coordinating other digital campaign-specific tasks as required. The Analyst will manage internal and external channels partner relationships and digital campaign operations.

  • Champion a customer focused culture to develop client relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Own the execution of paid social & search campaigns on various platforms including, but not limited to budget forecasting, campaign set up, keyword research, ad trafficking, audience discovery, audience insights and automated report generation as required
  • Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal & external partners to guide and oversee performance, pacing and general campaign managements providing detailed and actionable insights
  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign delivery and pacing issues; support the team in addressing immediate issues
  • Monitor the latest trends in digital media including channels, advertising formats and technologies in order to improve campaign performance
  • Work with the account team to provide campaign optimization and insights strategy
  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for paid campaigns; use analytics and attribution modelling to assess overall digital journey and holistic campaign performance
  • Maintain record of all campaign-specific documentation – budget summaries & updates, creative changes, product performance, strategy shifts, optimizations, and any other related materials
  • Monitor market performance and optimization recommendations
What you bring
  • College or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance or related discipline
  • Experience working in the retail vertical
  • 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience from either agency or client side
  • Demonstrated experience in media buying platforms, ad serving and relationship management
  • Expert in paid social & search platforms, including and not limited to Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Tik Tok & Snap Chat
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategies
  • Expert with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.); ability to use critical thinking and analyze data
  • The ability to demonstrate experience operating across a complex matrixed organization
  • Hands-on experience in feed-based platforms & tools (FB Product Catalog & Merchant Centre)
  • Significant background and expertise in strategic planning and project execution
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification & Google Ads certified is an asset
  • Extremely detail oriented, experience with budgets, presentation formatting and campaign naming structures
  • Adaptable & flexible; ability to navigate constant change in process and be a champion to improve current ones
