This is a remote position that will suit someone seeking part time employment. Your role as Principal - Client Success, will be responsible to work as part of our global delivery team setting up corporate immersive experiences globally for our ClientsThe Immersion Lab partners with Fortune 100/500 global clients on their Talent Development initiatives. Our Immersion programs are custom designed, brokered learning exchanges with thought partners in world-leading organizations, diverse industries, entrepreneurs, disruptors, NGOs, customers, future talent, and government amongst others. Over the past 16 years, the Immersion Lab has delivered in excess of 450 programs in over 46 countries and 81 cities around the globe, with thousands of unique immersion meetings.We are looking for a few highly disciplined and accomplished people to join our global delivery team to bring our programs to life by sourcing, connecting, and developing relationships with hosts to deliver high impact immersion experiences for our Clients.Part of your responsibilities will encompass researching suitable organizations to meet with, then identifying and connecting with senior business leaders in those organizations who would be willing to meet with our Clients. In addition, you will be required to develop host materials that will be help prepare participants for the meetingsThese experiences are conducted either virtually, or in-person, and designed to provide program participants with external insight and inspire new thinking on leadership, agility, innovation and other business challenges that will help achieve our Clients objectives.
