Job Description

This is a remote position that will suit someone seeking part time employment. Your role as Principal - Client Success, will be responsible to work as part of our global delivery team setting up corporate immersive experiences globally for our ClientsThe Immersion Lab partners with Fortune 100/500 global clients on their Talent Development initiatives. Our Immersion programs are custom designed, brokered learning exchanges with thought partners in world-leading organizations, diverse industries, entrepreneurs, disruptors, NGOs, customers, future talent, and government amongst others. Over the past 16 years, the Immersion Lab has delivered in excess of 450 programs in over 46 countries and 81 cities around the globe, with thousands of unique immersion meetings.We are looking for a few highly disciplined and accomplished people to join our global delivery team to bring our programs to life by sourcing, connecting, and developing relationships with hosts to deliver high impact immersion experiences for our Clients.Part of your responsibilities will encompass researching suitable organizations to meet with, then identifying and connecting with senior business leaders in those organizations who would be willing to meet with our Clients. In addition, you will be required to develop host materials that will be help prepare participants for the meetingsThese experiences are conducted either virtually, or in-person, and designed to provide program participants with external insight and inspire new thinking on leadership, agility, innovation and other business challenges that will help achieve our Clients objectives. You will need to have an appreciation of some of the challenges and complexities business are facing post pandemicA program typically comprises four (4) stages. Training is provided:

  • Research, Design & Validation
  • Conduct outreach to potential hosts and brief hosts on the meeting.
  • Develop Program Host Materials for each meeting.
  • Follow up and thank hosts after the Program
Responsibilities:
  • Understand the preliminary program design.
  • Research to expand the list of potential host organizations, contact details, and provide a short rationale for their selection.
  • Connect with prospective hosts and secure the requisite number of meetings. Send calendar holds and confirmation emails to confirmed hosts.
  • Update immersion documentation / overview
  • Attend scheduled project meetings and provide updates as needed
  • Flag any potential issues or risks and escalate as needed
  • Develop the participant program materials per templates provided
  • Participate in reviews to assess impact and effectiveness across all touchpoints both internally and externally
  • Keep our CRM updated with your progress
Requirements:
  • Be able to demonstrate past pro-active experience communicating effectively with various senor leaders at a senior and or executive level (Director to CEO) ideally over the past 5 years
  • 2 years experience working in a fast paced, high energy agile team – ideally across varying time zones as we are a global company
  • Create clear, easy to undestand written materials
  • Good time management skills are critical
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Strong familiarity with search engines and apps - Google, Brave, Chat, MS Teams, LinkedIn, etc.
  • This is NOT a Sales or IT role, but some non-technical sales experience would be beneficial.
  • A second or third language would be an asset.
  • A Bachelors degree in any discipline required.
  • Successful applicants will be required to a provide background check & undertake Client Anti-corruption training.
