Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, organized, cleaning dynamo to work 4 to 7 days per week for 1 to 3 hours per day as needed. This job provides an opportunity for a self-organized person to come in regularly to conduct basic cleaning and maintenance. The schedule or hours are very flexible and negotiable (i.e. this could be done before or after another commitment.). This job is ideal for someone living locally (in or near the Beaches neighbourhood).Duties:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance of a small 2 bedroom apartment
  • Regular washing of dishes
  • Removal of garbage / recycling / compost / kitty litter
  • Tidying and organizing kitchen and pantry
  • Quick vaccuming of personal space
  • Sweeping and mopping of the small kitchen and bathroom
  • Automobile cleaning (removal of snow, leaves, dirt)
  • Optional- basic food preparation (i.e. washing, cutting veggies)

  • Familiarity with eco-sensitive products
  • Knowledge of best cleaning practices

  • Strong sense of honesty and integrity (taking pride in your work)
  • Detail oriented, disciplined and diligent
