Autism Ontario is seeking a dynamic People and Culture Manager to join our team.Job Title: People and Culture ManagerReports to: Chief Human Resources OfficerLocation: Hybrid, required to travel to our Provincial Office (1179 King St W, Toronto, ON, M6K 3C5) or a regional office when requiredHours: 37.5hrs per weekAnnual Salary: $85000-$90,000Duration: One year contractPosition Overview: This role will lead a team of HR professionals to support Autism Ontario’s day-to-day HR operations and will be overseeing the delivery of all HR processes relating to employee life cycle transactions, HRIS optimization to ensure consistency, integrity and equity in the work we deliver. With lenses on continuous improvements and HR best practices, you will recommend sustainable business solutions to drive a high-performing team As a trusted advisor and partner to all Autism Ontario employees, the People and Culture Manager provides advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters, including HR strategies, policies, guidelines, and programs and HR specialty areas like EDI, total rewards, performance management, employee relations and talent acquisition etc. In collaboration with the Chief Human Resources Officer, they contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:HR (50%)
