All the while knowing the team is with us, celebrating and supporting us along our journey.Reason for the roleGiven our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to drive our paid social and search campaigns.This creative and analytical individual will help us with planning and implementing innovative Paid Advertising campaigns to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement for Deliverect and our PartnersThe role requires a passion for technology and the capacity to impact demand generation through paid social campaigns. Having a keen eye for precision, in the exciting realms of data analytics and copywriting.Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day paid social media campaigns across multiple regions, including keyword generation, ad copywriting and testing, bid management, budget management, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily to ensure monthly objectives are met.
  • Write concise copy for ads, including engaging CTAs, and utilize A/B test to drive program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage budget and adjust bids to meet business goals and gain better ROI on an ongoing basis.
  • Implement and verify appropriate conversion and web analytics tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Provide weekly reports to Digital Marketing Manager on campaign performance.
  • Stay current with platforms updates, new technologies, trends, and best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of all social media advertising tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated paid social media experience within the B2B space - preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Must have strong business writing and communication skills. Fluent in English - a second language is a plus (Spanish, French, Dutch, or German).
  • Must have strong organizational and quantitative/analytical skills
  • Interest and understanding of all aspects of digital media
  • Must have extremely strong attention to detail.
  • Great attitude, desire to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience conducting research to identify trends, top-ranking keywords and provide evidence-based recommendations for developing and testing campaigns.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, convert findings into actionable results, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
