Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing company and work on a team with full in-house marketing, product design, and supply chain capabilities. We are seeking an individual that is extremely analytical and creative to seek out new customer acquisition opportunities and guide our company through a continued period of high-growth. Location: 670 Caledonia Road – York, ON – M6E 4V9In this role you will:

  • Responsible for creating, setting up, and managing marketing campaigns and automations on Email, SMS
  • Explore new acquisition channels such as Reddit and Pinterest through campaign setup and content creation
  • Continually monitor and optimize content marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate setup of engaging ad units by working closely with content teams to develop creative ads using marketing best practices
  • Report on performance of website traffic and paid campaigns to management and content teams
  • Maintain Google Merchant Centre product feed
  • Identify and lead alternative growth initiatives (digital and non-digital) and continuously think of new ways to attract customers, collaborate with other teams and new partners as needed
  • Keep track of current industry trends, best practices and competitors, and translate them into executable ideas
  • Craft effective written content in support of various channels, including website, Email, SMS, and marketing campaigns
