Job Description

Photo Booth Operator OverviewPhoto Booth Operator facilitate our Littlization experience where guests can step into our 3D scanner, get turned into a miniature version of themselves, and then be placed into Little Canada’s world. This is an exciting role that helps our guests become a part of Little Canada!What youll be doing:

  • Engaging with guests and encouraging as many as possible to participate!
  • Informing guests about the Littlization experience and the different packages that are available.
  • Helping guests register and then scanning them inside our 360-degree scanner.
  • Encouraging guests to strike their best pose and have fun!
  • Converting sales after being scanned.
What you possess:
  • Experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry, and or customer service.
  • An abundance of energy and the ability to generate excitement - get people curious, excited and wanting to participate!
  • A love for great service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to speak to and relate well to all kinds of people; build rapport and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Open availability, especially weekends.
  • Written & verbal fluency in English.
The ideal individual will:
  • Ability to use a computer, tablet and perform basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Be familiar or have experience using Microsoft Office 365 products (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
  • Have a desire to work for an organization committed to making a positive impact on peoples lives.
  • Have a constant desire to learn, grow, explore, connect, and think outside the box.
A bonus if you have:
  • Trade show or promotional work experience.
  • Photography and 3D scanning/printing knowledge.
  • The ability to speak additional languages.
  • Experience working with children and families.
Working Conditions
  • This role will be based at 10 Dundas East, in the heart of downtown Toronto.
  • Standing or walking for long periods of time and moderate lifting.
  • Rotating shifts; weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Be willing to follow all health & safety policies and procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
