We invite you to be part of our evolution.Our Team:The Planning and Management Area is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing all tasks that relate to specific transformational and HR Strategic projects that align with business priorities for the Global Base Metals business. This will include workforce planning, budgeting, routine management, contract management and change management.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a PMO Co-op to join our HR Planning and Management Systems team in Toronto. This is a 12-month fixed term position starting May 2023. This position has the flexibility to work remotely in Canada. We are looking for an innovative self-starter that can think outside of the box and help us develop new ways of presenting and telling the story behind the data (data visualization) – we want new ideas!In this position you will:

• Prepare material to present during routine performance meetings
• Consolidate workforce and contractor information from various stakeholders across the business monthly
• Track and monitor KPIs for Base Metals HR
• Monitor action plans for all Negative Issues and KPIs
• Develop analysis regarding KPIs to capture operational improvement opportunities
• Develop and improve upon existing Planning and Management tools
• Create process documentation for the Planning and Management team
• Keep track of our contract balances and pending invoices

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate program

Skills:

• Open minded and innovative, passionate about trying new things
• Highly skilled in data visualization technology and tools
• Project management experience
