EverCommerce is seeking a senior business leader to take ownership for the strategic direction and results of a portfolio of Behavioural Health software solutions. Reporting to the General Manager, the President will bring energy, vision and expertise to the organization while driving the execution of initiatives and day-to-day business operations activities. Our collective mission is to help those who are helping others and, ultimately, making a difference in our communities to enhance the quality of our stakeholders.Where:While the EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with offices in more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada, the preference for this position is to be based in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking candidates already local to Canada, who already have Canadian work authorization in order to qualify for this position. While this role may be performed from home, it will require occasional trips to our office in Belleville, as well as travel to Colorado in the United States (post-COVID).Responsibilities:Full P&L ownership of a defined set of operating businesses. Responsible for achieving operational and financial metrics including revenue, gross profit, and EBITDAManage the team responsible for day-to-day business operations, develop/attract world-class talent, and simultaneously create a culture of growth-driven execution across the organizationActively drive the market and product vision and strategy that charts a course for on-going, deep market penetration, vertical expansion and financial performance while meeting near-term and long-term growth objectives.Identify and execute organic growth and cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with field leadership and the EverCommerce Growth Engagement teamEstablish, track, and refine KPIs across business units to provide visibility and insight into organizational performance and executionWork collaboratively with the EverCommerce leadership team to integrate shared services and operational best practices and provide clear visibility into the financial health, day-to-day operations, and overall business performanceDevelop and manage operating budgets with EverCommerce operational leadership and perform periodic reviews to understand progress towards growth, profitability, and scalability objectivesPositively represent the company at all times through a success-oriented and professional demeanorRequirements:A minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrated successes leading high-growth, profitable healthcare, technology or SaaS companies, growing revenue and profitDirect experience in driving revenue growth with P&L management in excess of $10M USD and organizational management of 35+ employees, specifically in multi-geography situationsDemonstrated proficiency and aptitude as a data-driven operator who thrives in leading and building insight focused and action-driven organizations that applies learning with operational agilityNatural leader adept in building, leading, and inspiring teamsSophisticated financial acumen.
