Job Description

We #39;re in search of a Principal DevSecOps Specialist with a wealth of experience spanning 8-10+ years, adept at crafting, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge DecSecOps tooling and pipelines. The perfect fit will wield mastery across a spectrum of essential technologies, including GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.This is contract to Hire RoleResponsibilities:

  1. Architect, develop, and administer DecSecOps tooling and pipelines, ensuring they align seamlessly with our software development lifecycle.
  2. Forge collaborative partnerships with diverse teams, seamlessly integrating security protocols into development and deployment frameworks.
  3. Employ advanced proficiencies in GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps to automate and refine development, testing, and deployment workflows.
  4. Provide mentorship and technical leadership, nurturing a culture of innovation and knowledge exchange among team members.
  5. Tackle and resolve complex issues relating to build, deployment, and automation, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in DevSecOps, actively contributing to the enhancement of our tooling and methodologies.
  7. Engage stakeholders to elicit requirements and establish metrics for gauging the efficacy of DecSecOps practices.
Requirements
  1. A robust background encompassing 8-10+ years in
  2. Proficiency with JIRA, Git, TFS, Ansible, Terraform and Azure DevOps.
  3. Extensive hands-on experience in orchestrating cloud-native Java application builds and deployments within large-scale enterprises.
  4. A profound grasp of containerization technologies, notably Docker and Kubernetes.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams.
  6. Proven adeptness in thriving within dynamic, fast-paced environments while effectively managing multiple priorities.
