Job Description

Our team provides technology that allows integration between IBM Host systems and Microsoft platforms. These technologies are available on-prem with Host Integration Server and in Azure as Logic Apps connectors. With these products our largest enterprise customers can modernize their core LOB applications with Azure solutions. As the Program Manager for this team, you will be responsible for driving both our on-prem product line and our growing Azure presents.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining the hybrid integration strategy for mainframe integration.
  • Defining product roadmaps and implementation plans with engineering
  • Drive feature requirements from customers into the products
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to maintain our products compliance
  • Work closely with partner teams in Microsoft utilizing our technology.
QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing projects and working with customers
  • Experience with building solutions for integration with legacy platforms (mainframe and AS/400)
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure
Preferred
  • Familiarity with the following IBM products; CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, VSAM
  • Experience with software engineering practices, including Agile development
  • Ability to work across and influence leaders and groups
