This combined expertise results in buildings and interior spaces with an articulated design language and a seamless integration between architecture, interior design, and décor.The firm is looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team.Job OverviewThe role of the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator is a full-time position. The candidate should be a passionate and knowledgeable connoisseur of procurement and logistics, and have a thorough understanding of end-to-end project management. The candidate should be an outgoing leader and have a positive attitude. This position will offer the opportunity to work with some of the most successful and affluent homeowners and business people across the country and internationally.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working in the architecture, interior design, and/or construction industry an asset.
  • Knowledge of supply operations processes, including deliveries, storage, and installation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook and QuickBooks
  • Excellent leadership abilities in managing a project from beginning to end
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented problem solver with excellent time management skills
  • Personable, with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management and FF&E purchasing for all design and construction projects, in collaboration with the Director of Operations, Project Managers, and the Accounting Manager
  • Prepare budgets, furniture schedules, purchase orders and sales orders, and update status daily
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, shipping and logistics providers, and clients
  • Manage deliveries, storage inventories, installations, and inspections
  • Review pending orders for status updates, delays, etc.
  • Source goods via existing and new suppliers, vendors, and auction houses
  • Initiate new software and procedures to improve workflow and record keeping
  • Coordinate logistics of special projects
  • Research and catalogue items in an organized manner
