It is a role based out of Toronto and reports into the Senior Manager, Rogers for Business Wireless Core Services, inside Product Management group of the Rogers for Business Unit. This role manages one of the key strategic portfolios in the R4B.What you will do:Build a compelling product vision/strategy, and maintain a detailed product roadmap to drive portfolio growth and ensure benchmarks to best in-class customer experiencesTake ownership of portfolio P&L and develop business casesEnsure cross-functional alignment on both strategy and execution on components such as new product development and launches, marketing and pricing strategies, value prop development along with selection and integration of strategic partnersClearly document and communicate objectives, requirements, and product designs to multiple stakeholders both technical and non-technicalWork closely with IT and Network team to develop solutions with excellent cost efficiencyManage work back schedule on all deliverables following governance processes to ensure milestones are met on time and on budgetCollaborate closely with Consumer Business Unit on company-wide wireless initiativesGather and provide insights on industry research and competitive intelligenceDevelop and update dashboard to track product performanceServe as subject matter expert of this portfolio and share knowledge with other teams.Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by the management teamWhat you will bring:A seasoned telecom product manager with solid track recordAble to think strategically and execute with excellenceCan see the "big picture" and identify the key factors and block out the noisesA logical thinker with strong analytical skills and financial acumenA creative problem solver who can think outside of the boxCan lead a cross-functional team to deliver projects/programs on time and on budgetAble to work effectively with all levels and all areas of the organizationAn avid collaborator, understand how to resolve conflicts and gain consensusStrong communication skills, particularly the written and verbal articulation of complex concepts into clear and simple requirements and flowsProven ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations to all levels of an organizationA self-starter who takes ownership and works effectively with minimal supervisionPositive attitude & passionStrong work ethic and thrive on challengesAbility to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced working environmentAdjusts quickly to shifting priorities and rapid changeUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, or SciencePrior wireless industry experience with a solid understanding of wireless products and market preferredSchedule: Full timeShift: DayLength of Contract: Not Applicable (Regular Position)Work Location: 333 Bloor Street East (824), Toronto, ONTravel Requirements: Up to 10%Posting Category/Function: Marketing & Product ManagementRequisition ID: 249935Together, well make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work:Our people are at the heart of our successOur customers come first.
