Together we deliver exceptional experiences to our over 2 million daily customers.We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Product Manager to join as a founding member of our Building Virtualisation team.You will be a key part of an innovative transformation journey, joining a focused team whose mission is to drive discovery, insights, and value under the digitization of Oxford’s global real estate portfolio. You will be a self-starter with an established product management background, ideally with experience in real estate, IOT, or Digital Twins, from proof-of-concept to ready-to-scale.In this role you will define the product strategy that will underpin the path of constructing viable digital buildings on a global scale. You will build strong trust-based relationships with each of the key business stakeholder groups to ensure our roadmaps and feature releases align with their business objectives. The Oxford Digital Buildings Practice is one of few key technology portfolios reporting directly into Oxford’s COO. As such, clear-cut, compelling communication and relationship building skills are as essential to the role as a proven track record of technical project management success.The goal of Oxford’s Digital Building strategy will enable Oxford to meet its growth ambitions, improve the occupant experience, and drive NOI. Our aim is to lead the industry in creating world class digital buildings. This role is pivotal in bring this vision to life.As the founding member of this team, you will be responsible for:Creating, building and maintaining the product roadmap for Digital BuildingsDefining the product roadmap, strategy and backlogUncovering and understanding stakeholder needs and translate them into requirementsEnsuring requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectationsUnderstanding, researching, and following technical trends in the industry assessing emerging products and companies to measure their potential valueOwning the training and onboarding pathwaysAssessing and addressing technical risks within the portfolioServing as a product evangelist and subject matter expert, both internally and externallyDefining success criteria for testing and product acceptanceFacilitating the creation and maintenance of formal product documentationWorking with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunitiesTo succeed in this role you will have:Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical background with PropTech or commercial real estateProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityExample of product roadmaps, and documentation created in the pastExperience working with third parties and service providersAbility and initiative to learn processes and technology in a fast-paced environmentExperience in building and scaling greenfield technology platformsFinancial planning, management and accountability for running technology servicesExperience working with Cloud Service Providers, including cloud economicsOntologiesOur story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
