We seek to create value for our customers at the intersection of 5G, IoT, Data Centre, and Cloud.As the owner of Managed Services within the Data Centre team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Data Centre Managed Services product roadmap. You will build on the existing foundation and add what’s needed to create a portfolio of Managed Products that unlock value for our customers and move them forward on their digital transformation journey. You bring with you a solid background in emerging technologies including 5G, IoT, edge computing, and SDN, coupled with a passion for helping customers apply technology to solve complex business problems. You work well with cross-functional stakeholders, seeking alignment on building and executing proof of concepts, product roadmaps, go-to-market, and sales enablement.What you’ll do:

  • Understand IT business challenges and trends as well as the interplay of people, processes, and technology in modern IT service delivery and management
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in order to identify and assess opportunities for product lifecycle enhancements & new product offerings
  • Collaborate with other product managers and functional areas spanning IoT, Professional Services, Data Centre, and Network teams to ensure the managed services portfolio and investments align with the strategic direction of the team
  • Leverage customer experience feedback to enhance/improve products and processes
  • Point of contact/escalation for all product-related issues including problem definition, recommended fix, and action plan for resolution
  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, support, engineering, and process teams in understanding and improving the product life cycle management to influence product sales and ensure the excellent customer experience
  • Maintain the managed services catalog, including service description, pricing, and SLAs
Objectives:
  • Develop and articulate the Managed Services vision, value proposition, unique selling propositions, and supporting roadmap
  • Establish and maintain the managed services P&L including service pricing, service cost models, and customer profitability
  • Define portfolio KPIs and track product performance, manage revenue and profitability objectives to deliver product portfolio assessments
  • Ensure excellence in the end-to-end customer journey spanning awareness, evaluation, quotation, onboarding, billing, and ongoing support
What you bring:
  • Experience in one of the following: Product Management, Product Marketing, or Technology Development
  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, DevOps, ISO, etc
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage many conflicting priorities
  • University degree, engineering or business equivalent preferred
  • Self-motivated and a Team Player with the ability to exercise decisions with confidence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm, confident and able to learn quickly on the job as needed
  • Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, rapid changes and aggressive timelines
  • Exceptional ability to persuade, convince, negotiate with influence in order to support objectives
  • Experience working with IT, sales processes, pricing and marketing
