Job Description

As a global-leading health and well-being provider - encompassing physical, mental and financial health - TELUS Health is improving health outcomes for consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, employers and employees.As a Dynamics 365 Product Owner, you will be responsible for recommending and defining solution requirements in line with the overall product roadmap, working as a liaison between business and management, and the support and development teams, resolving needs and providing product direction to the development team and product stakeholders.As a Dynamics 365 expert, you will also work closely with the enterprise and solution architects to ensure the system and its integrations optimally support the changing business needs and growth. As someone who can work across the business and IT, you will be aware, in detail, of the other systems and business processes impacted by the Dynamics 365 platform and its integrations.Our Expectations:

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Product leadership, Product Managers, and Product Owners on aligning to the platform vision and strategy, and contributing to the overall future direction of the product.
  • Relay the product vision clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams;
  • Collaborate with Product management to understand customer and user needs, seek out new opportunities and establish actionable insights, to form a concise product backlog.
  • Contribute to the wider product roadmap planning and co-ordination effort to ensure a holistic customer experience, and professional operations.
  • Helps to develops positioning for the product.
  • Works with the colleagues in Product to communicate the release of new features, and encourage effective adoption amongst customer base.
  • Acts as a product leader within the company
  • Supports in the development of the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
  • Bring the voice of the customer into the work that you do, connecting with clients in different ways/using different methods (i.e., interviews, surveys etc.)
Succeeding as a Product Owner requires the following core qualifications and skills:
  • 5-7 years product experience required
  • 2-5 years serving as a consultant within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosphere, both in the implementation and solution design competencies
  • Leadership and strategic thinking
  • Stakeholder management
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Serviceamp; Field Service experience
  • Agile delivery expertise
  • Backlog management and prioritization
  • Experience with ERP implementation and software deployment practices and supporting the project team through the implementation change process
  • Ability to manage complex project situations while working with regionally dispersed and diverse teams and projects, including strong communication, organization and facilitating meetings in a fast paced, goal oriented and modern virtual setting
Nice to have skills:
  • A background in health services and behavioral health would be ideal, along with an understanding of best practices within a professional services industry focus
  • Dynamics 365 platform integration (external platforms)
  • Dynamics 365 Marketing experience
  • Azure DevOps and Jira
