To deliver industry leading innovation, we need a Product Owner to join our new Asset Management Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Asset Management Operations and Sustainability, this important new hire will play a critical role in evaluating innovative solutions, scaling our business globally and designing industry leading digital tools to empower our business. We are looking for a well-rounded operations expert who is equally passionate about people, products, and performance, and who is excited at the prospect of challenging the status quo to create an industry leading practice that delivers bottom line results. Eager to expand your expertise and work on projects that span the globe.As a member of the Asset Management Operations team, you will be responsible for:Managing and continuously improving product roadmaps through ongoing business team engagement and monitoring of performance metricsMaintaining an understanding of current and future state business objectives and drivers and shaping demand managementLeading the development, maintenance and ongoing execution of standard operating proceduresManaging operational standards and associated assurance and reporting toolsMaintaining vendor relationships, understanding product strategies and roadmaps and incorporating them into our planning and helping the business to understand the emerging capabilitiesIdentifying and managing business activities required to support product iteration through agile methodologiesDeveloping user stories and platform journeysManaging business team onboarding and training to drive adoption and ongoing utilizationManaging stakeholders’ expectations and providing regular updates throughout all projects and processesDefining and prioritizing product and project backlogsMaking on-the-spot decisions on project scope, requirements and prioritizationBuilding and maintaining strong internal and external relationshipsTo succeed in this role, you have:A track record of thinking outside the box and looking at challenges through multiple lensesSuperior analytical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and synthesize relevant informationExperience of identifying and applying innovative solutions and working with business stakeholders to challenge the status quo, deliver solutions that tackle business problems and meet business requirementsRobust understanding of agile methodologies and the difference between needs and wantsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different personasKnowledge of systems development life cycle, IT processes and ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate it into business languageStrong ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlinesExperience in writing Non-Functional RequirementsSignificant abilities with financial, analytical, and calculation skillsExperience using Azure data services, Power BI and/or property management tools an asset, but not requiredGlobal or multi-national corporate experience is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience leading and implementing change across operational groups.Our story:Oxford Properties Group connects people to exceptional places, and is the owner, developer and manager of some of the world’s best real estate assets.
