Job Description

Cat Sitter Toronto Inc. is an ever-expanding pet care service company providing the highest standard of pet care and customer service to our clients. We look to ensure clients are never worried about their pets while they are in our care. We are a company that is employee based and we do not use independent contractors. Hiring for all of our service areas. Check www.catsittertoronto.ca for service areasCat Sitters we are looking for must:

  • love cats
  • be able to use our employee software
  • have excellent customer service skills including interpersonal skills
  • must work well in a team environmentally and work well independently
  • have flexibility
  • possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • be able to travel within pre-assigned work zones
  • be available to work the majority of long weekends, during the summer and major holidays including Christmas and New Year #39;s
  • be able to work for 4+ consecutive days per week with at least one of the following availabilities
    • mornings for 2 - 3 hours OR
    • afternoons/evenings for 2 - 3 hours OR
    • split shifts, mornings and evenings
Responsibilities include:
  • feeding cats and cleaning used food dishes
  • scooping and disposing of cat litter
  • performing basic house keeping duties related to pet care only
  • monitoring pets for health concerns
  • providing cats with interactive attention
  • ensuring proper security measures are taken
  • completion of reports and documentation
  • adhere to visit timing guide lines
