We help our clients shine.The Professional Services team offers a variety of options to integrate the Angus AnyWhere platform with third-party systems (leasing and accounting systems, building automation, facilities management, Single Sign-On, energy management systems, etc).As a member of the Professional Services team, you will advise new and existing clients on the right integration solution and implement it. The successful candidate is willing to learn a variety of technologies/concepts and is driven to deliver solutions for our client’s complex integration requirements. Currently we will be onboarding remotely, and as of now we intend to move into a hybrid work solution.What you’ll get to do:Maintain import and export routines using SSIS packagesConfigure settings for email parsing and Single Sign-on integrationsCoordinate the development of new integration solutionsCollaborate with the Sales/Account Management team and the Customer Success team on the implementation of integration solutions (including demos, proof of concepts, and proposals)Evaluate areas that can be scripted/automated to reduce the time and effort for deployment to productionTroubleshoot any post implementation integration issuesSupport and document best practices, processes, and standardsGain in depth knowledge of the Angus AnyWhere data structures, Angus AnyWhere suite of applications, and client usage of applicationsWho you are:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent specialized training/certification or the equivalent years of professional experience.You have minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server whether on-premise or in the cloud including SSIS, SSRS, and Power BIYou are proficient in database modeling, T-SQL, scripting, querying, stored proceduresYou are familiar with IDEs (VSCode), Git (GitHub), API, Docker, AWS, Excel, SharePoint, SFTP, SAML, API, Python, and PowerShellYou have excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple projects in order to meet project deadlinesYou demonstrate excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to anticipate any database issues and consider different approaches to troubleshootYou have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) to engage with both technical and non-technical individualsWhat we offer:An opportunity to work in a stable and exciting work environment with growth opportunitiesTuition reimbursement programMedical and dental benefits without a waiting periodThree (3) weeks paid vacationLocation!
