Clinical Excellence, Optimizing Care through Technology and Community Connection frame our Research Strategy.We are seeking a Full Time Program Director, Medical Imaging to be part of our dynamic team and lead the way as we continue our journey towards high reliability care!Reporting to the Executive Vice-President, Chief Nursingamp; Chief of Clinical Programs, the Program Director, Medical Imaging provides strategic leadership oversight for the delivery of care within the Medical Imaging portfolio (Breast Health, General and Interventional Radiology, MRI, Ultrasound, CAT-Scan and Nuclear Medicine) aligning with the corporate goals and objectives.In collaboration with program leaders and physicians, you will provide leadership and direction on implementing programs and services meeting the legal and regulatory requirements, and the Program #39;s objectives and values contributing to the hospital #39;s strategic vision and mission. You will be responsible for developing, leading, managing and the continuous improvement of high quality care and services to deliver innovative and compassionate healthcare. You will foster cultural awareness and sensitivity among patients, staff, and the external community.The ideal candidate is a seasoned health professional with a Master #39;s Degree in business or health management with at least 10 years of management experience working with medical/diagnostic services and regulations. Current registration in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO), and the Canadian Health Executive (CHE) certification are preferred.
