Job Description

Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a professional IT consulting team that partners with major financial institutions, investment firms and government sectors. We have been dedicated to delivering cutting-edge consulting services and recruiting all levels of IT positions for our clients.We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.Typical Day in Role

  • Develops, tracks and manages program budget, program plans, timelines and scope.
  • Manage program resources including procuring program staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising.
  • Partner closely with other members of functional program teams to define business requirements.
  • Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing.
  • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures.
  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.
  • Ensure appropriate systems development and program management processes are being utilized.
  • Make presentations to steering committees or program sponsors.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience with mainframe technology
  • 10+ years of infrastructure background experience
  • 10+ years of vendor management experience
  • 10+ years of independently running steering committees
  • 10+ years of experience with waterfall methodology
  • 10+ years of experience with understanding and owning financials of their program
  • 5+ years of data center failover experience
  • 5+ years of application development manager experience
