The role entails leading the development of learning tools and programs that empower staff (local, regional, and global teams) to achieve program goals, documenting program strategy and processes (implementation and M amp;E) in strong collaboration with local teams, and generating key insights for multiple stakeholders. The manager will also foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.The ideal candidate for this role will have hands-on experience in learning, design and delivery in a rapidly-growing organization and combines a passion for international development with a strategic mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. They should be enthusiastic about the mission of the organization, dedicated to fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement, and adept at navigating the complexities of international development work.Key Responsibilities
