The project scope includes the design build, operations and maintenance of all infrastructure and rail systems associated with 15 stations and over 15km of new alignment, being performed by three key PPP Contractors and five advanced early works (EAW) packages Contractors. Bechtel form the key component of the overall leadership team, having delivery partner responsibilities supported by two other components, Technical Advisor (TA) and Program Controls Services Consultant (PCSC).www.bantrel.comBantrel Co.: My Company | LinkedInOfficial title on the Ontario Line, MX project the official title will be South Civil Reporting Analyst.Job DescriptionIn this role, as a champion of diversity & inclusion, you will:The South Civil Reporting Analyst is responsible for the timely collection, analysis, summary and issuing of DP progress reports and other data and information for the South Civil contract.The South Civil contract is for the construction of 7km of twin-bored tunnels running east-west under downtown Toronto, one surface station (Exhibition) and six underground stations.The South Civil Reporting Analyst reports to the South Civil Commercial Lead.Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining the DP reporting process for the South Civil contract. Sourcing data from the DP team and assembling the report and coordinating the review and approval by the DP management.
  • Coordinating the review by the DP team of reports and data provided. Collating feedback on conformance with contract requirements, validity and accuracy and reviewing with the DP team.
  • Analyzing data and providing feedback to the relevant DP team members on non-conformance with contract requirements, trends and outliers.
  • Checking reports and data for validity and accuracy. Highlighting any new issues/critical items/risks. Cross-checking for alignment with the South Civil risk register.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting across the South Civil contract.
  • Engaging with the DP Production management team for guidance and support.
Qualifications
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Engineering, construction, business or finance degrees is desirable.
  • 5 years relevant experience; previously held position(s) with responsibility for planning, estimating, data analysis or reporting on infrastructure projects of similar scope, size and complexity to an urban metro project.
  • Experience working with teams and stakeholders in the development and delivery of large infrastructure projects. Ability to communicate across different technical disciplines (e.g. engineering, construction, testing & commissioning).
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI and Microsoft Forms is desirable.
  • Construction, project management or project controls related qualifications is desirable.
