We provide advancement through training and development and our hands on managers empower people and awaken ability through responsibility and respect.POSITION SUMMARYWorks with the entire Oliver & Bonacini portfolio of Restaurants, Events & Catering, and partner locations to assist in the planning and execution of new location openings & current operational initiatives; effectively collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure success.Job DescriptionCoordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and informationCoordinate project update calls and design meetings; compile and send meeting minutesCoordinate site visits, installations and deliveries with relevant partiesMonitor and update project progress and schedules, follow-up on outstanding itemsAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsMaintain up-to-date tracking of expenses to project budgetsOversee procurement, including operational supplies & equipment as directed by the project teamLiaise with Operations & Marketing teams on restaurant opening activities, such as Friends & Family, branded items, uniforms, artwork & décor, training preparation(AV, supplies, etc)General admin and organizationOn-site support as requiredOther duties as assignedQualifications1-3 years management experience in a restaurant or event operation and/or Project Management experience/completed education in Project ManagementKnowledge of basic accounting principlesPractical working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsSelf-starter, flexible, and able to work independently & occasionally outside regular working hoursAbility to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquetteAbility to demonstrate unwavering professionalism in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information** We thank all applicants for their interest in Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality; however, only suitable candidates will be contacted to continue the application process. **
