The successful candidate for this role is a self-starter and team player. They must be highly organized, eager to learn, positive and passionate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build great relationships with Production/Studio, Creative, Brand and Product Marketing Team members
  • Assist with project management on a day-to-day basis including coordination of meetings, develop Statement of Works, setting new vendors up in the system
  • Support with finance and budget tasks such as PO requests, invoice management, populating budget trackers
  • Support with saving and organizing files on Canada Goose’s server (Box)
  • Book briefing/status calls and post-production touchpoints in team’s calendar
  • Document detailed meeting recaps and circulate to team members
  • Work with Studio Manager to book Canada Goose studio(s) space as required
  • Support with Shoot tasks such as requesting model packages, catering menus
  • Assist with retouching trackers for Stills and internal retouching team
  • Coordination and execution of general/misc. requests related to Production/Project Management
Qualifications
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Advertising or Marketing-related field
  • Superior Computer Skills: especially MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ proven experience in project management with a focus on photography and video production
  • Ideally has experience in the apparel industry with a strong understanding of the industry and with diverse backgrounds

  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent team player – willing to roll up your sleeves on and take on anything even if it doesn’t fit neatly in your job description
  • Strong computer skills, in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly motivated, passionate with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
