So if you are a highly skilled Project Manager looking to make a real impact on the world, join our journey!The opportunityThe purpose of this role is to lead, manage and co-ordinate the activities of cross functional project and functional teams on critical/high complexity programs. This requires close liaison with the relevant project sponsors/customers and resource managers to ensure that programs are delivered on time, to the right quality and within budget, in line with business priorities. Coordination and giving direction to program team members is required, in order to coordinate the activities and projects/activities that feed into the program.Your day-to-day responsibilities includeReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Principal Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Manage individual programs from conception to completion in line with the business priorities.
  • Engage with all project/program stakeholders, but especially with key project/program team members, to ensure that the correct project/program structure and environment is created to support the scope of work.
  • Work closely with customers, third party contractors and suppliers as required to meet program delivery requirements.
  • Create, execute and update project plans based on the input from the program team, project team(s), functional team leads and project managers.
  • Manage all program risks, issues and changes through to resolution.
  • Manage program costs to the agreed budget.
  • Track program revenues for defined time indicated upon program approval.
  • Escalate risks, issues, costs and changes that cannot be managed within the agreed program tolerances.
  • Follow and promote the use of the program delivery methodology, along with other Ingenico processes.
  • Provide regular status reporting to management (including the governing project board and the director of PMO) as directed.
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of the program & project delivery methodology.
  • Develop and manage program communication plan.
  • Align deliverables (outputs) to the program outcomes with the aid of the business sponsor
  • Mentor and support other project managers within the team.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the overall achievement of the Customer Delivery team objectives.
  • Specific functional activities as agreed in appraisal objectives.
  • Pre-sales/sales support and client services.
  • Post-sales/sales support and client services.
  • Solution production support.
  • Business partner support.
  • Overall responsibility for documentation related to the program/project.
  • Assist in roadmap and future product planning.
  • Assist in supporting and educating the organization on the project/program initiation process and PMO governance.

  • Successful completion of assigned programs in terms of time, quality and cost.
  • Timely and informative reporting.
  • Specific measures as agreed in appraisal objectives.
  • Ensure management is aware of risks and issues, while providing options for remediation.
  • Meeting customer requirements for solution and process expectations.
Comptencies and skills we are looking for
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project & program management principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of programs and projects from conception to completion.
  • Proficient in progress reporting against plan on a one to one and one to many basis, and at all levels across the business.
  • Proficient in risk management methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk/issues.
  • Proficient in the use of planning tools and techniques associated with the planning and monitoring of progress of programs.
  • Thorough understanding of the Ingenico PDM framework and Ingenico operational/development processes and procedures.
  • An awareness of PMO responsibilities.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Coaching/mentoring skills.
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
  • Experienced in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint)
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, etc…)
Education and experience we cant do without
  • At least 5 years experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • A degree in a related business area/subject is preferable but not essential
  • PMP Certification or PRINCE2 Foundation Level (Practitioner preferred)
  • Solid understanding of the organization structure and how to navigate to achieve objectives.
Languages:
  • English (fluent spoken and written)
Supervisory Responsibility:This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, providing direction and guidance to project team members and project managers who are part of the program team is required.Work environment
  • Hybrid
  • Up to 20% travel is expected for this position.
