Our crew is responsible for launching Shopify powered solutions and supporting our clients in the digital space.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who is well versed in project management methodologies and has ample experience launching websites and digital solutions for clients.You should be passionate about task and time management, understand how to budget resources and be able to communicate in an assertive and friendly manner.Experience- 3+ years experience in project management or production lead roles.- A portfolio of web / ecommerce projects – successes and failures are all relevant.- We use Asana for task management – if you can show us some tricks to demo your expertise youll definitely get some bonus points.- You absolutely love to close tickets and have mastered the art of support (semi-kidding here : D)- You should have excellent communication skills and love to stay on top of communications in Slack / Email / Asana.- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Curiosity, desire to learn, and an open-minded attitude- Up to date and in the know with design trends, techniques, and technology- You should be comfortable with version control systems and be able to demonstrate how you can support builds.- A general understanding of programming is a nice to have , knowledge on the capabilities of different technologies is a valued attribute.- Understanding of web accessibility standards would be helpful.- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or equivalent certification is preferred.Software and ToolsThese are the things youll be using regularly at Little Rocket:- Asana- Google Workspace- Slack- Zendesk- GitHub / BitBucket- Jira (Bonus)- Everhour (Bonus)- Adobe Creative Suite (Bonus)- Shopify (Bonus)- Webflow (Bonus)- Wordpress (Bonus)- InVision (Bonus)Provided- Remote First Work Environment.- Strong team to support you with a great culture.- Benefits and Rewards.- Competitive Salary.- Equipment Credit every 24 months.- Flexible Time Off.- Vacation and Holidays.- Personal Development Per Diem.Recruiting ProcessWhile we try to respond to all applicants you might not hear from us directly if things dont line up.
