We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Airbnb Property Management Assistant to help us launch and manage two units in our newly-acquired property in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience leasing and managing rentals on Airbnb and be available for a one-month contract, with the possibility of ongoing consulting.Responsibilities:1: Assist with the creation and optimization of Airbnb listings, including writing descriptions and managing pricing.2: Help set up the decor and furnishings of the property, ensuring it is appealing and functional for vacationing guests.3: Assist with arranging a cleaning checklist and routine with a cleaner.4: Develop response templates for guest inquiries and other communication needs.5: Create guest guides and local recommendations for an enhanced guest experience.6: Advise on best practices for Airbnb management, such as calendar management, house rules, and cancellation policies.7: Advise on managing guest reviews and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.8: Be available for ongoing consulting after the initial setup period.9: Assist with any other logistical tasks.Qualifications:1: Minimum 2 years of experience leasing and managing rentals on Airbnb.2: Familiarity with Airbnb platform, policies, and best practices.3: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4: Strong organizational and time-management skills.5: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.6: Knowledge of local attractions, events, and resources in downtown Toronto is a plus.7: Flexible availability for periodic consulting after the initial setup period is a plus.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter detailing their relevant experience.We thank all applicants for their interest.Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 1 monthSalary: $35.00 per hourBenefits:
