In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise in the HR consulting space will be crucial in positioning Sizanid HR as a preferred partner for companies looking to enhance their workforce.   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the HR consulting sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote Sizanid HR #39;s services and expand the company #39;s reach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, preferably in HR consulting or related industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and conduct business.
