Job Description

Who are we We at Ace Prime Holdings, manage multiple rental homes and condos throughout Ontario & Quebec. We are hiring for the position of rental property customer support representative. This is a remote position, youll be required to login to our employee portal to clock-in every morning. This is an entry level position.The hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. What Are The Job Duties :

  • Instructing tenants on check-in instructions and how that pertains to their stay.
  • Answering any questions a short-term or long-term tenant may have
  • Scheduling our cleaners for properties and marking such in our system whenever the property has been cleaned.
  • Ensuring that our maintenance staff is called to assist any guests and regularly replenish guest supplies.
  • Scheduling showing for our agents if a guest requests for a short or long term reservation at one of our properties.
  • And other tasks throughout the day of a similar nature!
