  • Compiling monthly and quarterly special contracts reports
  • Compiling monthly high level reports
  • Compiling statistical reports on a weekly basis
  • Compiling daily reports on case creation, service levels, and other key performance indicators
  • Rapidly responding to operational needs by providing ad-hoc analysis with respect to agent performance, system efficiencies and process effectiveness
  • Maintain ACD reporting server
  • Work with Call Centre Managers to design and generate Call Center related reports.
  • Assist with over-all establishment of metrics, make recommendations on measurement techniques, create/improve report templates
  • Maintain and keep up to date the Report Training documentations
  • Assist with Training the new hires within the Results Analyst Team
Succeeding as a Results Analyst will require the following core qualifications and skills:
  • Post-secondary education, preferably related to statistics or mathematics
  • At least one-year of experience in an administrative role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in pivot tables and formulas (e.g. V-Lookup, SUMIFS etc.) including exposure to VBA
  • Strong multitasking, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads based on need and work effectively towards deadlines
  • Well-developed ability to assess needs, problem solve and make relevant recommendations
  • Solid ability to understand processes and clear documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a tight-knit team
