What You’ll DoAs key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our Team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:
  • Being responsible for ensuring our Guests have an exceptional experience through personal interaction as well as through our Team.
  • Showing a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail to succeed in reaching sales and labour targets.
  • Being a direct report for the front of house Team Members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development.
  • Contributing to all marketing activations, driving sales growth.
  • Exhibiting heart and soul, thriving in a busy environment, and being social and outgoing.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience as a restaurant manager
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Great leadership skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
