Job Description

Smoking is prohibited on all The Boulevard Club property and premises, inside and outside of the building, including the grounds and the parking lot area.Job OverviewReporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, this person will ensure efficient and seamless back and front of house delivery of member service by providing support to servers, bussing, cleaning and resetting tables and clearing from Dining areas. Specific duties would include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain continuous surveillance of the station and/or assigned area.
  • Promptly clean all used dishes, glassware, utensils, used napkins etc. from tables at appropriate times.
  • Clean any spills on tables or chairs and replace tablecloths when and if appropriate.
  • Monitor all bus pans ensuring they are not overfull and/or in need of transfer to the dishwashing area.
  • Pick up food from the kitchen and transports it to tables using the correct floorplan.
Job Qualifications
  • Energetic and creative individual with some previous experience in a suitable foodservice environment is preferred
  • Smart Serve Certificate
  • Commitment to support and enforce service excellence
  • Effective communication skills (speak, read and write)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays
