This is a contract role that will report to the Retail Marketing Manager. The focus of this position is two-fold: 1) Support the national Tier 2 retail marketing integration between TCI and our Toyota Dealer Associations (TDAs). 2) Serve as the support hub for the Regional Marketing Managers (RMM) across our zone offices. The Retail Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the achievement of Toyota brand alignment; as well as providing our retail network with a competitive edge in the marketplace.What We’ll Bring:

What You’ll Be Doing:Be a key part of the Retail Marketing team that will deliver:
  • Tier 2/ Retail Marketing - Provides support on national brand-aligned retail campaigns, working with National Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Tier 2 national agency. Working with Retail Marketing Consultant, assists with tactical communications by supporting execution of retail messaging that is brand aligned. Support cross-departmental task forces
  • Toyota Dealer Associations (TDAs) – Administer and communicate vehicle wholesale forecast to TDAs through collaboration with SIP and Zones to ensure TDAAs budgets are accurate. Update and distribute the TDAA all region payment tool to TDAAs to market incentives on Shoptoyota.ca
  • Budgeting – Support and coordinate the budgeting duties for the Retail Marketing Department, including obtaining approvals for Retail estimates and media purchase orders, purchase order generation; invoice verification, monthly, quarterly and fiscal year reconciliations. Track budget on a monthly, quarterly and fiscal year bases. Manage and provide insight around RMM & head office staff OPEX budget.
  • RMM Support Hub – Serve as RMM Champion in reference to managing RMM field conferences, arranging training, champion overall Tier 2 & Marketing communication to RMMs, and reporting and providing insights on Marketing tools (AdBuilder, TRSP, Co-op advertising program)
  • ColorAMA: Lead the development, production and distribution of exterior vehicle colour fandecks for dealers.
  • Consumer Email Tool: Facilitate the publishing of new content for customer e-mail tool with vendor. Work cross-functionally to identify new vehicle information and available assets to leverage. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and make recommendations on optimizations
What You Bring:
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing or Business with marketing courses
  • 2-3 years of experience working in marketing field (Client and/or Agency)
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently
  • Time management skills
  • Capable of thriving in fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Resourcefulness –ability to problem solve and find solutions
  • A passion to operate within a High-Performance Culture (HPC)
  • SAP, SAP Business Intelligence Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Outlook
  • Bilingualism an asset (French/English)
