Job Description

Retention Sales Specialist (Work From Home)We are hiring full time customer retention specialists to connect with our customers. Our retention specialists handle incoming calls that vary from account questions to basic troubleshooting, identify solutions and provide a resolution. Our founder holds a patent for CRM omni-channel integration and other technical accommodations around e-commerce.What you will be doing:

  • Solving unresolved issues for customers in an efficient and timely manner
  • Retaining and building relationships with customers who are at-risk of leaving the service
  • Analyzing customer behaviours to understand the reason for cancellations to proactively resolve issues
  • Developing strong retention and negotiation strategies based on customers’ feedback
  • Working in a goal-oriented environment (i.e. customer retention, sales targets, call duration time, and quality assurance)
  • Approaching service and sales needs with perseverance, integrity, and compassion
  • Creating a positive experience for every customer to ensure customer loyalty and brand advocacy
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
What you bring:
  • 1-year experience in a call center required
  • Retention and Sales experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
  • Technical aptitude to be able to navigate multiple application/platforms simultaneously
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule; days, evenings, and weekends, to meet customer demand
Important Details:
  • Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
  • Saturday - 8:00am to 10:00pm EST
  • Sunday - 9:00am to 10:00pm EST
  • Program operates 7 days a week, including all Canadian and U.S Holidays as scheduled
  • Base wage $16.70/hour + Commission
  • Dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace
  • Pick up a computer from one of our 3 locations: Toronto Ontario, Trenton Ontario, St. Johns Newfoundland
