Description:Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs, maintaining,SkillsExperience and Skill Set RequirementsSiebel Development Skills - 40 %10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing.Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)Experience with configuring Siebel migration applicationExperience with administering the Siebel Approval ManagerReport Development Skills - 35%Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report developmentExperience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScriptWorking knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping filesSoft Skills- 20%Strong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutionsExcellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teamsDemonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team membersProven analytical skills and systematic problem solvingStrong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to changeDisplays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problemsPublic sector Experience- 5%Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an assetExperience with Grants Management would be an asset.Must Have:10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etcExperience in OBIEE and PowerBI report developmentNice to Have:Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
